About Our Simple Country Life

Hi there, my name is Ally. I live out in the country in Central Illinois with my husband Luke and our flock of chickens. We have been married since 2019 and we are about to welcome our first baby boy in May 2021!

I love spending time outdoors, country music, a good DIY project, tending to our chickens, photography, finding good deals and reselling clothing and home goods on Poshmark and Mercari just to name a few things. I've wanted to start a blog for awhile now, and thought there was no better time than the present!
